Michael Twining

Michael is a native Texan. He studied English and Linguistics at the University of Texas in Austin before from Southern Methodist University in 2015. When not practicing, Michael spends his time with his wife Chelsea and daughter Peyton. Michael also enjoys distance running, hunting and fishing, and watching his Texas Longhorns compete in all sports.

In his practice, Michael actively represents clients in a wide variety of practice areas, including personal injury, contract disputes, premises liability, wrongful death and survival claims, trucking and transportation, “dram shop” claims, general business litigation, probate, and trusts and estates. Prior to starting his own practice, Michael gained invaluable experience as an attorney for several Texas civil trial firms representing individuals and companies in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial.
