Andrew Neal joined Skelton & Woody after a career at the Texas Attorney General’s office where he handled and tried cases for the Transportation Division, principally eminent domain/condemnation suits and employment lawsuits in which his client was the Texas Department of Transportation. He is a graduate of Loyola University Law School and a long-time Austin resident. Andy and his wife, Megan, have two teenage daughters.
