Rebecca L. Pitts graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2014, acting as student coordinator for the 2013 St. Mary’s Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria, and managing the estate planning pro bono clinic. She began her practice in estate and elder law before transitioning to insurance defense. For undergraduate, Rebecca attended Harding University, majoring in English. Before her law career, she worked as a Program Grant Manager at the Texas Center for the Judiciary and in other administrative positions in different industries.
Rebecca is an experienced litigator, having taken seven cases to trial in Texas, resulting in five defense verdicts. Her practice concentrates on insurance and personal injury defense. She enjoys working with individual clients, providing legal advice as well as advice on surviving a lawsuit.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She studies French and British history. Rebecca is a proud aunt to Micah, Eden, and Neely, and an emotional support human to her dog Bertie.
